How do I place an order?

Browse the product catalogue, choose the research compounds you need and submit your order request. If you need help, contact our support team before checkout.

Can an order be changed after it is placed?

If the order has not been packed, we will try to help with changes. Once a shipment label has been generated, the order usually cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes. Bulk pricing may be available for laboratories, institutions and qualified distributors. Please provide the product names and quantities you need so a custom quote can be prepared.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available depending on destination and local import requirements. Customers are responsible for confirming that research materials can be legally imported into their location.

Is the packaging discreet?

Orders are packed carefully and without unnecessary product information on the outside of the parcel.

How should peptides be stored after delivery?

Storage requirements vary by compound. In general, lyophilised peptides should be stored sealed and cold, with long-term storage commonly at -20°C and short-term storage at 2-8°C. Always follow the product documentation and your laboratory protocol.

Are these peptides for human use?

No. All products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements.

Can I request a certificate of analysis?

Certificates of analysis are provided where available. If you need a current batch document, request it before placing your order.

What should I do if there is a shipping issue?

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number, tracking information and photos of the parcel or product if relevant. Prompt reporting helps us investigate with the carrier.
